Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Personal preference

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we are happy to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit:

Please allow additional time, especially during peak seasons.
If the package cannot be located, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns Without Authorization

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.

International Orders

We are not responsible for:

Customs delays
Duties, taxes, or fees
Items refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges

International shipping costs are non-refundable.
